Through regular Remote Software Upgrades, your MINI receives quality improvements and, depending on the country of delivery, model and equipment, new functions or functional improvements free of charge and over the air. Once a Remote Software Upgrade is available for your vehicle, you will receive a notification via the MINI App on your smartphone and in the central instrument (“MINI Interaction Unit”) of your vehicle.
